目的掌握忻州市饮水型地方性氟中毒病区改水后的病情变化。方法水氟检测根据国家生活饮用水标准检测方法氟离子电极法;用Dean法检查儿童氟斑牙。结果改水病区饮水氟含量均值在正常范围;8~12岁儿童尿氟均值在正常范围;8~12岁儿童氟斑牙患病率<30%。结论改水降氟可控制地方性氟中毒的病情。
Objective To understand the changes of the state of drinking water after endemic fluorosis in Xinzhou City. Methods Water fluoride test According to the national standard test method for drinking water fluoride ion electrode method; Dental children examination by Dean method. Results The average fluoride content of drinking water in the water-affected areas was in the normal range. The urinary fluoride mean of children aged 8 to 12 was in the normal range. The prevalence of dental fluorosis in children aged 8 to 12 was <30%. Conclusions It can control the local fluorosis poisoning by changing water to reduce fluoride.
