经合组织最近发表了新版的科学技术与工业展望,指出创新可以在经济复苏中发挥重要作用,目前世界主要国家的科学、技术与创新政策趋于绿色,各国把环境问题、气候变化、能源等提上了国家科技和创新的重要日程。报告还指出,新兴经济体的科学与创新绩效继续提升,给经合组织成员国带来了机遇,也构成了挑战。
The OECD recently released a new version of its science and technology and industry outlook. It pointed out that innovation can play an important role in economic recovery.
