研究寒露蜜桃不同贮藏条件下其呼吸生理的变化规律。结果表明:在室温(25 ℃±2 ℃) 和低温(0 ℃~1 ℃) 条件下,均出现两个呼吸高峰。适宜的成熟度,预冷温度,包装及乙烯吸收剂均能降低其呼吸强度,推迟两次呼吸高峰出现。
The change of respiratory physiology of Hanlu Peach under different storage conditions was studied. The results showed that there were two respiration peaks at room temperature (25 ℃ ± 2 ℃) and low temperature (0 ℃ ~ 1 ℃). Appropriate maturity, pre-cooling temperature, packaging and ethylene absorbers can reduce their respiratory intensity, postpone the peak of two respiratory appears.
