气动调节阀在尿素装置调节液位、压力、温度等参数中大量使用,许多重要参数如氨水液位、合成塔水位调节等都是通过气动调节阀来实现。随着时间的推移,部分调节阀的定位器逐渐老化,造成阀门线性差,甚至出现波动的情况,严重威胁正常的生产。经过研究最终确定了机械定位器改造为智能定位器的方法,取得了很大成果,为定位器老化引起的问题提供了解决途径。
