本文报道了一个全新的甜菜DNA提取方法，该方法较以往的甜菜DNA提取方法有所不同。它是利用鲜嫩的花蕾为试材，以略有改进的苯酚／氯仿抽提法提取DNA 。利用冷冻研磨或者用玻璃棒直接捣碎试材，来提取DNA。该方法简单，易操作，DNA纯度较高，可以直接用于RAPD分析，实验效果较好。
This paper reports a new method of DNA extraction from beet, which is different from the previous method of DNA extraction from beet. It is the use of fresh buds as the test material, with slightly improved phenol / chloroform extraction DNA extraction. The DNA is extracted by freeze grinding or using a glass rod to smash the test material directly. The method is simple, easy to operate, DNA purity is high, can be directly used for RAPD analysis, the experimental effect is better.
