双语教学的兴起与发展是基于跨文化冲突的社会背景。20世纪初与21世纪我国的双语教学面临着不同的跨文化冲突。20世纪初的跨文化冲突缘于西方列强殖民侵略,而21世纪的跨文化冲突则缘于全球化和文化多元化。在跨文化冲突中,我国所处于的境遇有明显的不同。中国的和平崛起和中国对跨文化冲突所采取的积极应对措施是中华文化繁荣发展以及双语教学发展的坚实基础。我们应该对我国语言和文化的发展保持充分的信心,用改革和开放的心态面对加速发展的全球化浪潮,做好文化多元化发展和跨文化融合的准备。
The rise and development of bilingual teaching is based on the social background of cross-cultural conflicts. Bilingual teaching in China in the early 20th century and 21st century faced different cross-cultural conflicts. The cross-cultural conflicts of the early 20th century stemmed from the colonial aggression of Western powers, while the cross-cultural conflicts of the 21st century were due to globalization and cultural pluralism. In a cross-cultural conflict, the situation our country is in is distinctly different. China's peaceful rise and China's positive response to cross-cultural conflicts are a solid foundation for the prosperity and development of Chinese culture and the development of bilingual education. We should maintain full confidence in the development of our language and culture, face up to the accelerated wave of globalization with a spirit of reform and opening up, and be well prepared for cultural diversification and cross-cultural integration.
