同志们,在国家电力公司,特别是谢松林副总经理的直接关怀和支持下,在动力经济研究中心和湖南省电力公司的共同努力下,《电力技术经济》杂志即将由动力经济研究中心和湖南省电力公司联合主办,今天在这里召开新一届编辑委员会第一次会议,很高兴能作为杂志新一届编辑委员会的第一副主任委员参加会议,下面我主要想讲三个问题:一是《电力技术经济》杂志的重要性;二是如何提高办刊质量;三是双方联合主力、要团结协作,发挥各自的优势。
Comrades, with the direct concern and support of the State Power Company, especially Xie Songlin, the deputy general manager, with the joint efforts of the Power Economy Research Center and Hunan Provincial Electric Power Company, the journal Power Technology Economics is about to be co-sponsored by the Power Economic Research Center and Hunan Provincial Electric Power Company co-sponsored here today held the first meeting of the Editorial Board of the new session, I am pleased to serve as the first deputy chairman of the Editorial Board of the new magazine to participate in the meeting, below I mainly want to say three questions: one Is the importance of “Electric Power Technology and Economy” magazine; second is how to improve the quality of running a journal; thirdly, both parties should unite with each other and exert their respective advantages.
