本文通过动物实验,比较研究了不同剂量大黄(即临床治疗剂量3g 和超临床剂量6g)的血液流变学作用。结果表明,临床治疗剂量引起以血液粘度降低为主的双相变化,而超临床治疗剂量则引起血液粘度的显著增高。在上述两种情况下,血浆渗透压均表现为明显增高,提示不同剂量大黄所引起的血液粘度降低和增高的双相变化可能是由于血浆渗透压增高具有抗利尿和利尿两种不同的水代谢调节作用所致。
In this article, animal experiments were conducted to compare the hemorheological effects of different doses of rhubarb (ie clinical treatment dose 3g and superclinical dose 6g). The results showed that the clinical treatment dose caused a biphasic change with a predominantly reduced blood viscosity, whereas the hyperclinical treatment dose caused a significant increase in blood viscosity. In both cases, the plasma osmotic pressure showed a significant increase, suggesting that the decrease in blood viscosity and increased biphasic changes caused by different doses of rhubarb may be due to the increased plasma osmotic pressure with two different water metabolisms: antidiuresis and diuresis.
