连杆是内燃机的关键零件。现行的加工定位基准为大、小头端面,大头定位台及小头孔是贯穿于工艺全过程的共同基准(简称统一定位基准)。木文介绍对定位基准小头孔进行加工所采用的工艺与工装。由于工艺需要,作为连杆加工基准的小头孔习惯称为小头工艺孔(以下简称工艺孔),见图1。工艺孔的加工实质是基准加工中的粗基准选择、工艺方法的确定、夹具定位夹紧机构的设计与精度保证等问题。
Connecting rod is the key part of internal combustion engine. The current processing positioning benchmark for large, small head face, large positioning table and small hole is the common base throughout the entire process (referred to as a unified positioning benchmark).
