本文报道用氯胺T法~(125)I标记的烙铁头蛇毒纤溶组分在小鼠和兔子体内的药代动力学研究。结果表明小鼠肌注后在血液和各脏器中分布达到高峰值时间为30min,1h开始下降,2h左右达到平衡后出现缓慢的消除相,各主要脏器及血液之间的比是:肾>血>肝>肺>肌肉>脾,分布相半衰期T_(α/2)为0.64h,消除相半衰期T_(β/2)为12.16h,表明在小鼠体内消除较慢,维持时间长。兔子耳静脉注射~(125)I可标记的纤溶组分后分布相半衰期T_(α/2)为0.34h,从中央室向周边室分布都很迅速,消除相半衰期T(β/2)为6.88h,结果同样表明在兔子体内消除较慢,维持时间较长,二者药代动力学变化符合开放两室模型。
