民族基础教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,它的人才培养目标直接决定了民族基础教育的发展方向。近年来,许多专家、学者对民族基础教育的许多方面做了深入的研究,但是关于民族基础教育人才培养目标的研究成果却相对较少。本文就民族基础教育人才培养目标的历史变迁、存在的不足以及如何进一步明确人才培养目标的内涵作简要分析。一、民族基础教育人才培养目标的历史变迁(一)人才培养目标的逐步确立:国民经济恢复和社会主义
