关店乡是煤炭之乡,耕地面积主要是水稻29000亩,小麦34000亩。整个乡镇的农资店面有近50家,在这样的市场环境里,王德善的农资店年销售农药使用面积一万余亩,年销售水稻种子一万多公斤,小麦种子六万多公斤;年销售花费400多吨,年销售额近300万,全部现款销售,从不赊欠,同时不欠厂商一分钱。取得如此骄人的销售业绩主要取决以下几点:
