近年来,黄酒这一古老而独特的酒种,通过传统与现代的嫁接,走出了一波快速发展行情。但是,由于多方面的原因,自去年下半年以来,在局部区域出现了“平台整理”现象。个别地区甚至出现了“滑波”迹象。于是,有人疑虑,有人彷徨。其实,对于一个产业而言,出现这样的现象并不可怕,当初红酒在跨入国门之初,不也出现过同样的现象?更何况,现在还不是我们讨论黄酒行不行的问题,而是应该研究怎样才行的问题。在某种程度上,基于平台整理之上的思考比行动更为重要。那么,作为黄酒经销商,又该如何面对这一现状?
