目的:探讨萆薢渗湿汤对高尿酸血症小鼠的影响及机制。方法:昆明小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和中药低、高剂量组,检测各组小鼠血清尿酸水平和肾、小肠和大肠各组织中OCT1表达水平。结果:与模型组比较,中药低、高剂量组小鼠血清尿酸水平明显降低,小鼠肾、小肠和大肠各组织OCT1表达量明显升高。结论:萆薢渗湿汤能明显降低小鼠血清尿酸水平,其机制可能是上调小鼠肾、小肠和大肠组织OCT1表达水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Qiongxiao Wet Decoction on hyperuricemia mice. Methods: Kunming mice were randomly divided into blank group, model group and TCM low and high dose groups. The levels of serum uric acid and OCT1 in kidney, small intestine and large intestine were detected. Results: Compared with the model group, the levels of serum uric acid in the low-dose and high-dose groups of Chinese medicine were significantly decreased, and the expression of OCT1 in the kidney, small intestine and large intestine was significantly increased. Conclusion: Shexuetang wet decoction can significantly reduce serum uric acid levels in mice, the mechanism may be up-regulated OCT1 expression in mouse kidney, small intestine and colon.
