研究了添加微量钪对具有全层片组织和双态组织的TiAl基合金在900℃的高温力学性能的影响。结果表明,微量Sc可以显著提高TiAl基合金的高温屈服强度及抗压强度。使用金相显微镜和透射电子显微镜详细地分析了试样高温压缩变形前后的显微组织及其变化,在此基础上探讨了合金高温下的塑性变形行为及其微合金化强化机理。
The effect of addition of trace amount of scandium on the mechanical properties of TiAl-based alloys with full-layer structure and dual-phase microstructure at 900 ℃ was investigated. The results show that the trace Sc can significantly improve the high temperature yield strength and compressive strength of TiAl-based alloys. The microstructures and their changes before and after high temperature compression deformation were analyzed by metallographic microscope and transmission electron microscope. On the basis of this, the plastic deformation behavior under high temperature and the micro-alloying strengthening mechanism were also discussed.
