GB14746-93《儿童自行车安全要求》从1994年10月1日开始实施至今,已走过了五个年头。在这五个年头里,儿童自行车行业得到了迅猛的发展,特别是98～99年发展了许多新的企业,然而产品质量却停步不前,甚至走向低劣化……今年一季度国家产品质量监督抽查结果显示:被抽查的23种儿童自行车,合格11种,抽样合格率为47.8％。这样的数字是令人担忧的。那么问题到底出在哪里呢?笔者通过这几年的经验总结如下: GB14746-93 “Safety Requirements for Children’s Bicycles” has been implemented since October 1, 1994, and has gone through five years.
