本文主要研究了在基本不改变现有生产工艺的前提下,采用增加钢中Mn含量的方法提高冷轧碳素结构钢板St37-2G的强度。选用三种不同Mn含量4个成品厚度进行模拟试验。通过对冷轧成品钢板力学性能和再结晶温度的测试,找出能够使所研究钢种强度满足要求的最佳Mn含量范围。
In this paper, the main research without changing the existing production process under the premise of increasing the content of Mn in steel by increasing the strength of cold-rolled carbon steel structure St37-2G. Three different Mn contents were selected to simulate the thickness of 4 finished products. Through testing the mechanical properties and recrystallization temperature of the cold-rolled steel plate, the optimal range of Mn content was found which could make the strength of the steel studied meet the requirements.
