受全球总体经济形势和中国经济深度调整影响,近年来,落后地区由于经济下行,多产权店铺式商场建筑日益增多。此类建筑因多产权、多使用权的固有特点,建成投入使用后,火灾隐患日益凸显,给人民生命财产安全带来极大不安全因素。同时,也给消防安全管理工作带来了诸多困难。本文通过经济下行环境下落后地区多产权店铺式商场建筑特有的火灾危险性分析,探讨其火灾防控对策。
Affected by the global economic situation and the deepening economic restructuring in China, in recent years, due to the economic downturn in underdeveloped areas, more and more property-style retail mall construction has been increasing. Due to the inherent features of multiple buildings and multiple use rights, such buildings have become increasingly prominent after being put into use. This has brought great insecurity to people’s lives and property. At the same time, it also brings many difficulties to fire safety management. In this paper, we analyze the fire prevention and control measures through the fire risk analysis of multi-property right store-shopping complex in the backward area of the economic downturn.
