山西省煤矿企业兼并重组完成后,煤炭企业人才缺乏的问题日益突出。政府投入不足,煤炭行业吸引力不强,煤炭企业人才培养滞后,煤炭企业人才流失严重是煤炭企业人才缺乏的主要原因。要培养煤炭企业人才,政府应加大对煤炭院校的支持力度,煤炭院校也应提升人才培养质量,同时煤炭企业还要采用良好措施用好人才、留住人才。
After the completion of the merger and reorganization of coal mines in Shanxi Province, the problem of lack of qualified personnel in coal mines has become increasingly prominent.
