目的探讨M R I对颅内原发性淋巴瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析14例手术病理证实的颅内原发性淋巴瘤的M R I影像表现。结果多发12例,单发2例。位于侧脑室旁、基底节区及丘脑8例,胼胝体及前联合1例,脑室系统2例,枕额顶叶脑实质皮质区3例。肿瘤呈等T1等T2信号10例,呈稍长T1稍长T2信号4例。4例无明显水肿,9例肿瘤周围出现轻度水肿,位于脑室系统1例出现双侧脑白质弥漫性水肿,其中1例肿瘤出现坏死、囊变。增强扫描呈明显均匀团块状、结节状强化11例,环形强化1例,局部散在斑块状强化2例。结论颅内原发性淋巴瘤有典型的M R I特征,M R I对其诊断有较高的价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of M R I in primary intracranial lymphomas. Methods We retrospectively analyzed M R I images of 14 cases of intracranial primary lymphoma confirmed by surgery and pathology. The results of multiple in 12 cases, single in 2 cases. Located in the lateral ventricle, basal ganglia and thalamus in 8 cases, the corpus callosum and anterior joint in 1 case, ventricular system in 2 cases, the frontal cortex of the parietal cortex in 3 cases. The tumor was T1 and other T2 signals were 10 cases, showing a slightly longer T2 slightly longer T2 signal in 4 cases. No edema occurred in 4 cases, mild edema occurred in 9 cases, bilateral diffuse edema occurred in 1 case of ventricular system. One case had necrosis and cystic degeneration. Enhanced scanning was significantly uniform mass, nodular enhancement in 11 cases, ring enhancement in 1 case, local scattered patchy enhancement in 2 cases. Conclusion The intracranial primary lymphoma has the typical features of M R I, M R I is of great value in its diagnosis.
