作者针对一轴流泵模型,基于ANSYSCFX软件,选用标准k-ε和可伸缩壁面函数,在0o叶片安放角下,采用全六面体网格,通过网格无关性分析,选择合适的网格数,分别在定常和非定常条件下进行了多工况点的数值模拟和外特性计算。在此基础上,将数值计算结果与物理模型实验结果进行对比,分析两者的差异,为逐步认识轴流泵CFD数值计算的精度,更好地指导工程应用提供基础。
Based on the ANSYS CFX software, a standard k-ε and retractable wall function are selected for the axial flow pump model. The full hexahedron grid is adopted at 0o blade placement angle. The grid-free analysis is adopted to select the appropriate grid number, The numerical simulation and the calculation of the external characteristics of multiple operating points under steady and unsteady conditions respectively are carried out. On this basis, comparing the numerical results with the experimental results of the physical model and analyzing the differences between them, it provides a basis for the gradual understanding of the CFD numerical calculation accuracy of the axial flow pump and better guidance of engineering application.
