新一轮课程改革倡导“立足过程,促进发展”的课程评估,这不仅是评估体系的变革,更重要的是评估理念、评估方法与手段以及评估实施过程的转变。以往教师主要是向学生传授科学事实,以便让学生能取得较好的测验成绩,现在我们开始意识到小学《科学》课程的教学应该是一个充满个性色彩的全新教育活动,教学评估的内容不仅仅是要考查学生的知识、技能,以及对科学概念和规律的掌握与理解,还应该关注学生的科学情感与价值
