由于钢丝绳复杂的螺旋结构,在拉伸过程中受力情况非常复杂,分析研究对其拉伸性能的重要性日益凸显,建立在少量拉伸试验基础上的经验公式已不适应时代发展需要,阻碍了新型钢丝绳的开发应用。基于Auto CAD和ANSYS软件,以16mm 6×19S-IWRC钢丝绳为研究对象,通过受力分析、数字化建模、数值模拟、有限元计算等手段,分析了钢丝绳、钢丝拉伸应力应变的变化规律,为现代设计方法在钢丝绳开发中的应用进行了有益探索。
Due to the complex helical structure of the wire rope, the stress situation during the drawing process is very complicated. The importance of the analysis and study on its tensile properties is increasingly prominent. The empirical formula based on a small amount of tensile tests has not met the needs of the development of the times, The development of new wire rope application. Based on Auto CAD and ANSYS, taking 16mm 6 × 19S-IWRC wire rope as the research object, the change rules of tensile stress and strain of wire rope and steel wire are analyzed through mechanical analysis, numerical modeling, numerical simulation and finite element analysis. It is a useful exploration for the application of modern design method in the development of wire ropes.
