以TiC、VC、Co、Ni为原料,通过粉末冶金的方法制备了(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷,结合XRD、SEM&EDS及力学性能测试研究了n_(Ti)/n_V对(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷显微组织和力学性能的影响以及(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷烧结后的物相变化。结果表明:经高温烧结后TiC和VC固溶形成立方相(Ti,V)C。当n_(Ti)/n_V从4增加到15.75时,(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷的硬度变化波动较小,抗弯强度先增加后降低。当n_(Ti)/n_V=7.35时,(Ti,V)C基金属陶瓷的显微组织得到细化,抗弯强度为1 237 MPa,维氏硬度为1 444 N/mm~2,综合力学性能较佳。
(Ti, V) C based cermets were prepared by powder metallurgy using TiC, VC, Co and Ni as raw materials. The effects of n Ti / C-based cermets microstructure and mechanical properties and (Ti, V) C-based cermet sintering phase changes. The results show that the solid solution of TiC and VC forms cubic phase (Ti, V) C after high temperature sintering. When n Ti / n V increased from 4 to 15.75, the hardness of (Ti, V) C-based cermets fluctuated little and the flexural strength first increased and then decreased. The microstructure of (Ti, V) C-based cermets was refined when n Ti / n V = 7.35, the flexural strength was 1 237 MPa, the Vickers hardness was 1 444 N / mm 2, Better performance.
