水环境是一个多层次、多目标、多因素的复杂控制系统。本文基于水环境质量评价所具有的模糊性和灰色性,将模糊数学理论中隶属函数和隶属度等概念引入灰色局势决策中,构成水环境质量的模糊灰色决策评价模式。文中应用该模式对大运河无锡至平望四个河段的水质进行综合评价,表明该评价模式是可行的。模糊灰色决策评价模式可以用于单一河段(或监测断面)的水质评价,也可用于同一河流不同河段或者不同河流的水质评价,还可以拓广到不同河流或者同一河流不同河段、不同时期的水质变化情况的评价和比较。是一种有一定实用价值和发展前途的评价模式。
Water environment is a multi-level, multi-objective and multi-factor complex control system. Based on the fuzziness and grayness of water environment quality evaluation, the concepts of membership functions and membership degrees in fuzzy mathematics are introduced into gray situation decision-making to form the fuzzy gray decision-making evaluation model of water environment quality. In this paper, the comprehensive evaluation of the water quality of the four sections of the Grand Canal from Wuxi to Pingwang shows that the evaluation model is feasible. Fuzzy gray decision-making evaluation model can be used for water quality evaluation of a single river section (or monitoring section), also can be used for water quality evaluation of different river sections or different rivers of the same river, and can also be extended to different rivers or different river sections of the same river Period of water quality changes in the evaluation and comparison. Is a certain practical value and development prospects of the evaluation model.
