1999年3月我市某建筑工地工人发生1起食用马铃薯引起的食物中毒,现将调查报告分析如下:1 流行病学调查1.1 发病特点 3月7日12时,某建筑工地6名工人在附近小吃部聚餐,饭后2h左右,6名工人相继发病,轻重不一,而未在小吃部就餐的工人无一例发病。1.2 中毒食物分析 经查询,6名工人在小吃部点了三个菜,分别为:炒土豆丝、白菜粉条、炒蛹,主食馒头,经现场调查,大白菜、粉条、蛹,未见可疑,查未食用完之库存马铃薯三分之二发
