本文介绍了成人尿中铀、钍、镭的N-235萃取色层分离定量测定的简易方法。本法以聚三氟氯乙烯粉为支持剂,以50%(V/V)的N-235——二甲苯为固定相,以0.5N的HNO_3和8NHCl为流动相。分离后的镭的硫酸盐沉淀法测定;分离后的铀用偶氮砷Ⅲ显色,以分光光度法测定。经8例人尿铀、钍、镭的定量测定及回收实验,结果,认为本法可在临床上参考试用。
This article describes a simple method for the quantitative determination of uranium, thorium and radium in adult urine by N-235 extraction. In this method, polychlorotrifluoroethylene powder is used as a supporting agent, and 50% (V / V) of N-235-xylene is used as a stationary phase and 0.5N of HNO3 and 8NHCl as mobile phases. After the separation of the laser precipitation determination; uranium isolated azo arsenic Ⅲ color, measured by spectrophotometry. After 8 cases of human uranium, thorium, radium quantitative determination and recovery experiments, the results, that this method can be a clinical trial reference.
