本文通过评估和分析增殖性细胞核抗原(PCNA)在口腔颊部粘膜上皮中的表达方式以确定上皮细胞由正常到恶变过程中的细胞增殖程度。标本包括正常(N)、炎症(IF)、癌旁上皮(EAC)及鳞癌(SCC)。用免疫组化方法对所有标本的基底层、棘层细胞进行PCNA分布的评估,结果通过PCNA指数(PI)显示。结果显示,无论是基底层还是棘层,PI值均以N、IF、EAC、SCC的次序上升,其中以基底层的规律性最为明显。SCC的PI值明显高于其它各组,EAC组与SCC组最为接近;此外,所有病变组的PI值均明显高于正常组。
In this paper, the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in oral buccal mucosal epithelium was evaluated and analyzed to determine the degree of cell proliferation in epithelial cells from normal to malignant transformation. Specimens included normal (N), inflammatory (IF), paracancerous epithelium (EAC) and squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). PCNA distribution of basal and stratum spinosum cells in all specimens was assessed by immunohistochemistry and the results were shown by the PCNA index (PI). The results showed that the PI value increased in the order of N, IF, EAC and SCC, no matter basal or spine, and the regularity of basal layer was the most obvious. The PI of SCC was significantly higher than that of other groups, and the EAC and SCC were the most similar. In addition, the PI of all lesions were significantly higher than that of normal group.
