基于2003—2012年数据的研究表明,我国各省域高等教育综合评价值呈现增长趋势且与新型工业化耦合协调有所优化,但高等教育和新型工业化耦合协调度指数仍存在显著的空间不均衡,中度失调和严重失调的省域占据多数。内部影响因素分析表明,高校科研水平和区域大专及以上学历人口占6岁以上人口比重对新型工业化影响最为显著,新型工业化下属指标对高等教育的影响相对均衡。空间计量结果则显示,空间互动状态下人口城市化、交通基础设施和市场化程度对二者耦合协调度具有显著的直接效应,交通基础设施还具有显著的空间溢出效应,产业结构升级的作用尚不明显。提升区域高等教育和新型工业化耦合协调度既需要强化二者内部协作机制,也需要完善相应社会生态环境。
Research based on data from 2003 to 2012 shows that the comprehensive evaluation value of higher education in all provinces in China is showing an increasing trend and the coupling with new industrialization has been optimized. However, there is still a significant spatial imbalance in the coupling degree of higher education and new industrialization. Disproportionate and serious imbalances dominate the province. The analysis of internal influence factors shows that the proportion of population with scientific research level and regional college education and above in the population over the age of 6 has the most significant impact on new industrialization, and the impact of new industrialization subordinate indicators on higher education is relatively balanced. Spatial measurement results show that under the spatial interaction state, population urbanization, transportation infrastructure, and marketization have a significant direct effect on the coupling and coordination degree of the two. The transportation infrastructure also has a significant spatial spillover effect, and the role of industrial structure upgrading is still significant. Not obvious. In order to improve the coupling degree between regional higher education and new industrialization, it is necessary to strengthen the internal coordination mechanism between the two and also to improve the corresponding social ecological environment.
