近年来,安徽省芜湖供电公司加强供电服务风险管理,多次成功地化解了即将影响企业形象的服务风险。在芜湖供电公司服务风险管理的案例库里,有这样一件成功化解服务形象风险的案例:2006年2月25日清晨,芜湖市发生大面积停水事故,其原因是自来水公司内部供电设施严重故障,造成2条双电源都不能向水厂安全供电。然而,当芜湖市民纷纷打电话到自来水公司询问停水原因时,被告知:“因供电公司停电造成。”此时正值一个全国性的会议在芜湖市召开,会议代表下榻的宾馆停水后,心急如焚的会议组织单位领导被自来水公司告知:“供电公司在没有任何通知的情况下,突然停电,造成水厂停水……”
