耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学作为一门实践性很强的临床课程，目前的临床实践教学面临诸多困惑。通过分析目前我国在耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科，临床实践教学的现况，针对存在的教学资源不足、教学方法单一、医学人文缺失等问题提出了相应的对策和建议。
