本文分析论述了煤巷预应力锚杆支护摩擦构造梁作用机理 ,提出煤巷预应力锚杆支护设计新方法 ,推导出锚杆预应力的计算公式 ,并由预应力值来选定锚固力、锚杆直径 ;介绍了井下实际应用所取得良好的支护效果和技术经济效益 ,同时证实了该设计的合理性和科学性 ;采用高预应力 ,大锚固力 ,粗直径锚杆比增加锚杆长度、降低密度更为经济合理 ,它可以阻止顶板离层 ,真正起到支护的作用 ,充分发挥围岩和支护体的作用力
