目的:调查与分析神经内科护士对神经系统疾病早期康复知识的掌握情况,为开展护士培训工作提供参考。方法:通过浙江省丽水市中心医院自制的调查问卷对浙江省丽水市中心医院的43名神经内科护理人员进行神经系统疾病早期康复知识的掌握情况调查,并提出分析建议。结果:神经内科护士对神经系统疾病早期康复知识的掌握情况与护理人员的年龄段、护龄、工作年限、职称以及学历有直接关系,平均得分之间存在差异。结论:浙江省丽水市中心医院神经内科护士存在神经系统疾病早期康复知识掌握薄弱的现象,需要重视神经内科护理人才队伍的建设,进一步提高神经内科护士对神经系统疾病早期康复知识的掌握。
Objective: To investigate and analyze the neurological nurses’ knowledge of early rehabilitation of nervous system diseases and to provide references for the training of nurses. Methods: According to the questionnaire made by Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province, 43 neurology nurses in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province were investigated the knowledge of early rehabilitation of nervous system diseases and some suggestions were put forward. Results: The neurological nurses’ understanding of early rehabilitation knowledge of nervous system diseases is directly related to the nursing staff’s age, nursing age, working life, professional titles and academic qualifications, and there is a difference between the average scores. Conclusion: The nurses in Lishui Central Hospital of Zhejiang Province have weak knowledge of early rehabilitation of nervous system diseases. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the construction of contingent of nurses in neurology and to further enhance the mastery of early rehabilitation knowledge of neurological diseases by neurological nurses.
