钢坯连铸技术和乘用汽车轻量化 节能化两项技术进步 ,先后为日本和美国节省数百万吨的铸件年需求量。然而 ,日本凭借领先的巨大优势 ,在 80年代初钢铁、汽车等一系列传统工业产量超过美国 ,实现震惊世界的“日美易位”。美国为落后付出的代价是 ,经历了传统工业的大动荡 ,大改组 ,已经在日本和美国发生的过 ,迟早也会在世界其他地方再现。市场结构变化造成年产数千万吨铸件的过剩生产能力。对于国外发生的重大变革 ,我们应该予以充分思考。

However, with its huge advantage, Japan produced a series of traditional industries such as steel and automobiles that surpassed the United States in the early 1980s to achieve a “Japan-US translocation” that shocked the world. The price paid by the United States for lagging behind is through the great turmoil of traditional industries. Great reorganizations have occurred in Japan and the United States and will sooner or later reappear in other parts of the world. The change in market structure has caused the annual excess production capacity of tens of millions of tons of castings. We must fully think about the major changes that have taken place in foreign countries.
