“科教兴国”、“人才兴国”一直成为我国改革的重点项目,随着国家和社会对教育的重视,很多学校都在积极地改革,以实现教学水平的提高与教学模式的创新。从我国各级教育的现实分布来看,中职教育所占市场比率最大。因此,为了实现我国教育事业的大发展,为国家培养出更多的应用型人才,中职院校必须实现好改革与创新。但是,就目前中职院校英语专业学生的现实状况来看,由于学生所处语言环境及生源地的不同,乃至中学教学方法的差异等方面的原因,使得进入中职学习的学生大多都缺乏主动学习的热情,甚至会出现极大的抵触心理。针对这种不良的学习状态,中职院校英语教学改革要从教学理念的创新出发,突破传统的教学方式,积极的激发学生的学习热情,从而优化教学过程,更好地实现教学目标。所以,在这篇文章笔者将从英语教学课堂实践出发,从教师的角度对教学课堂模式的创新进行探讨与研究。
“Rejuvenating the country through science and education” and “rejuvenating the nation by talents” have always been the key projects of our country’s reform. With the emphasis on education in our country and society, many schools are actively reformationing in order to improve the teaching level and innovate the teaching mode . Judging from the actual distribution of education at all levels in our country, vocational education accounts for the largest market share. Therefore, in order to realize the great development of education in our country and cultivate more applied talents for the country, the vocational colleges must realize the reform and innovation. However, according to the current situation of English majors in vocational colleges, most of the students entering secondary vocational education are lacking due to the differences in language environment and students’ origins, as well as differences in middle school teaching methods. The enthusiasm of active learning, there may even be a great psychological conflict. In view of such poor learning status, English teaching reform in secondary vocational colleges should proceed from the innovation of teaching concept, break through the traditional teaching methods, and actively stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning so as to optimize the teaching process and achieve better teaching objectives. Therefore, in this article, I will start from the practice of English teaching classroom, from the perspective of teachers to explore and study the innovation of classroom teaching.
