居民是社区教育参与的主体,参与意图会直接影响到社区教育的效果。本文以理性行为理论为基础,构建了社区教育参与意图模型,通过问卷调查数据,检验了态度和主观规范如何影响居民的社区教育参与意图。在本项研究中,态度包括积极态度和消极态度两个变量,主观规范包括规范信念和依从动机两个变量。研究结果表明:规范信念、依从动机和积极态度对社区教育参与意图产生直接的正向影响效果,消极态度与参与意图之间的关系则不明显。研究结果也揭示了与依从动机和积极态度相比,规范信念能更好地预测居民的社区教育参与动机。
Residents are the main participants in community education, and their intention to participate will directly affect the effectiveness of community education. Based on the theory of rational behavior, this paper builds a model of community education participation intention and tests how attitudes and subjective norms affect residents’ intent to participate in community education through questionnaire data. In this study, attitudes include two variables: positive attitude and negative attitude. Subjective norms include two variables, which are normative belief and compliance motivation. The results show that the normative conviction, the motivation of follower and the positive attitudes have a direct positive effect on the intention of community education participation. The relationship between negative attitude and intention of participation is not obvious. The findings also reveal that normative beliefs can better predict residents’ motivation to participate in community education than adherence motivation and positive attitudes.
