肠道内、外营养疗法,近10年来已发展成为辅助外科及治疗危重病人的一种有效手段。本院胸科对食管癌、贲门癌术后采用肠道内加肠道外营养治疗2例及肠道外营养治疗4例的氮平衡情况进行了分析。认为食管癌、贲门癌病人术后辅以肠道内营养加肠道外营养治疗,如能提供10~12g/日氮和一定比例充分的热量即可纠正负氮平衡,维持正氮平衡,从而防止体内蛋白质储备的消耗,利于组织修复和伤口愈合,避免病人在术后短期内体重持续下降。
Intestinal and external nutrition therapy has developed into an effective means of assisting surgery and treating critically ill patients in the past 10 years. In this hospital, the balance of nitrogen in the cases of esophageal and cardiac cancers treated with enteral nutrition plus parenteral nutrition and parenteral nutrition treatment was analyzed. It is considered that the patients with esophageal or cardiac cancer are treated with enteral nutrition plus parenteral nutrition. If they can provide 10-12g/day of nitrogen and a certain amount of sufficient calories, they can correct negative nitrogen balance and maintain positive nitrogen balance, thus preventing the body The consumption of protein reserves is conducive to tissue repair and wound healing, to avoid the patient’s continued weight loss in the short term after surgery.
