对大鼠淋巴树状突细胞(LDCs)和巨噬细胞(Mφs)的观察结果如下:相差镜下 LDCs 突起持续伸缩而 Mφs 呈静止球形;扫描电镜下 LDCs 表面光滑而 Mφs 表面多皱褶和微绒毛;透射电镜下 LDcs 细胞器很少而 Mφs 细胞器发达;免疫荧光梁 Ia 抗原,LDCs 呈强阳性反应而 Mφs 弱阳性或阴性;S-100蛋白免疫染色,LDCs 呈强阳性反应而Mφs 阴性;ACP 反应 Mφs 强阳性而 LDCs 弱阳性或阴性。因此 LDCs 和 Mφs 可用 S-100蛋白和 ACP 两种染色来判断区分。在悬液细胞,相差镜和扫描电镜检查也有鉴别意义。
The observations of lymphoid dendritic cells (LDCs) and macrophages (Mφs) in rats were as follows: The LDCs protuberances continued to expand and the Mφs remained spherical; the scanning electron microscopy showed that the surface of LDCs was smooth and the surface of Mφs was more wrinkled and microscopic. Chorionic villus; LDcs organelles were few and Mφs organelles were developed under transmission electron microscope; immunofluorescence of beam Ia antigens, LDCs were strongly positive and Mφs were weakly positive or negative; S-100 protein immunostaining, LDCs were strongly positive and Mφs were negative; ACP responses Mφs are strongly positive and LDCs are weakly positive or negative. Therefore, LDCs and Mφs can be distinguished by staining with S-100 protein and ACP. In suspension cells, phase contrast and scanning electron microscopy also have differential significance.
