一、引言晶体管共发射极直流特性曲线族,直观地反映出晶体管在不同集电极工作电流时电流放大系数h_(FE)的数值。无论哪种晶体管直流特性曲线族的线性问题,在产品质量分析中都占有重要地位。双极型晶体管h_(FE)在小电流下单调下降已为众所周知,很多人对小电流h_(FE)的变化规律进行了各种研究,提出多种物理模型和h_(FE)的数学表达式。晶体管制造厂家也始终把h_(FE)的线性作为工艺过程的重点赋与高度重视。
I. INTRODUCTION The total emitter DC characteristic curve of the transistor shows the value of the current amplification factor h_ (FE) when the transistor operates at different collector currents. Transistor manufacturers have always put the h_ (FE) linear emphasis on the emphasis given to the process.
