目的探讨环孢霉素A对角膜移植的抗免疫排斥作用。方法以Wistar大鼠异种角膜异位移植为模型,将36只鼠随机分为治疗组及对照组。在术后d2、d5、d7、d10、d14分别取出植片做病理切片,并收集外周血进行T淋巴细胞亚群及T淋巴细胞集落形成数(T-CFU)分析。结果环孢霉素A能推迟排斥反应的发生时间;有明显降低外周血中辅助T淋巴细胞百分率的作用;其对大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞集落形成能力没有明显抑制作用。结论环孢霉素A是一种有效的免疫抑制剂。
Objective To investigate the anti-rejection effect of cyclosporin A on corneal transplantation. Methods Wistar rats heterotopic corneal heterotopic transplantation model, 36 rats were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Tissue sections were taken out on day 2, day d5, day d7, day d10 and day d14 after operation, and the peripheral blood was collected for T-CFU analysis of T-lymphocyte subsets and T lymphocytes. Results Cyclosporine A delayed the time of rejection, reduced the percentage of helper T lymphocytes in peripheral blood, and had no obvious inhibitory effect on colony forming ability of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of rats. Conclusion Cyclosporine A is a potent immunosuppressant.
