通过用磷酸二氢钾浸渍玻璃纤维滤膜、乙酸硝酸微孔滤膜,氢氧化钠浸渍玻璃纤维滤膜、乙酸硝酸微孔滤膜进行比较试验,滤膜经超声提取后用离子色谱进行分析。结果表明,磷酸二氢钾浸渍乙酸硝酸纤维滤膜在空白值、洗脱效率、采样效率方面优势明显。选择磷酸二氢钾浸渍乙酸硝酸微孔滤膜作为采样材料采集空气样品,样品经过预处理后用离子色谱法测定,该方法检出限为0.03μg/mL,精密度试验中低、中、高3个浓度组平均相对标准偏差为1.09%;加标回收试验中低、中、高3个浓度组平均加标回收率96.9%;与其他空气中氟化物的检测方法相比,该方法具有灵敏度高、选择性好、操作简单等特点,可以为空气中氟化物的检测提供参考。
