分别从白头翁乙酸乙酯及正丁醇提取物得到主皂苷Ａ３和Ｂ４．经色层分析、波谱（红外和氢核 磁谱）和化学方法初步证明Ｂ４为３－０－［鼠李糖和阿拉伯糖］－２８－０－葡萄糖（可能尚含鼠李糖） ３β，２３－二羟基－２０（２９）－羽扇豆烯－２８－酸；而Ａ３可能为具有与Ｂ４在Ｃ—３接有类同糖链结构的３－０－ 单链苷。
The main saponins A3 and B4 were obtained from the ethyl acetate and n-butanol extracts of Pulsatilla chinensis. Chromatographic analysis, spectroscopy (infrared and hydrogen nuclear magnetic spectroscopy) and chemical methods preliminarily demonstrated that B4 is 3-0-[rhamnose and arabinose]-28-0-glucose (possibly containing rhamnose) 3β,23- Dihydroxy-20(29)-lupinene-28-acid; and A3 may be a 3-O- single chain glycoside having a similar sugar chain structure to C4 in C-3.
