1.用电加工的方法可以十分经济而且快速地做出合乎二级和一级精度的齿轮;但刀具工作的寿命还很短。 2.电加工过程中,刀具与工件的相对磨损值(Vk/Va)随电用量(电流与电压的乘积)的增长几乎成比例地增长;在适当的刀具与工件的相对速度之下,可以使Vk/Va 之值最小。 3.耐高温并具有高硬度的非金属材料与金属粉末压烧结后的混合物质,用来做刀具材料,是有效的降低Vk/Va值的可能途径;改变两极间介质的成份也是有效的降低Vk/Va值的可能途径。
