党的十八大报告强调,要注重利用党校文化对党员领导干部发挥思想上的引导作用和行为上的约束作用。新形势下,党校要对党员领导干部的轮训工作逐步加强,特别要跟从时代发展的要求建立、健全并完善党校文化,使党校文化独具特色且能够有效地发挥教育作用,推进党校对党员领导干部的教育培训科学化、规范化。
The report of the 18th CPC National Congress emphasized that we should pay attention to using the party school culture to play an ideological guiding role and a restraining role on party members and leading cadres. Under the new situation, the Party School should gradually strengthen the rotation of Party members and cadres, especially in accordance with the requirements of the development of the times, improve and perfect the culture of the Party School, make the unique features of the Party School culture and effectively exert the educational role, and promote the Party members’ Cadres’ education and training are scientific and standardized.
