胆石按形态分类十分复杂。红外光谱定性及化学定量分析比较精确,但受条件限制。本文在红外光谱定性分析的基础上,对胆石进行了大体观察及研磨试验,探讨与红外光谱分类的符合率。本文介绍了各类结石的大体形态、断面构造及颜色的特点。并与红外光谱波形相对照研磨试验,使胆石显出本色,可矫正按形态及断面构造分类的误差。最后探讨了胆石按形态分类与红外光谱分类产生误差的原因,并介绍了研磨试验的操作方法及各类胆石的特点。
The classification of gallstones by morphology is very complicated. Infrared spectroscopy qualitative and chemical quantitative analysis is more accurate, but subject to conditions. Based on the qualitative analysis of infrared spectroscopy, this article made a general observation and grinding test on gallstone, and explored the coincidence rate with infrared spectrum classification. This article describes the general morphology, cross-sectional structure and color characteristics of various types of stones. And compared with the infrared spectrum waveform grinding test, so that gallstones appear true color, can be corrected according to the shape and profile of the classification of the error. Finally, the causes of the errors caused by morphological classification and infrared spectrum classification of gallstones were discussed. The operation methods of gallstones and the characteristics of gallstones were also introduced.
