采用CAN总线技术可降低安装调试工作量,减少线束数量,实现工程机械的智能化操纵,提高作业效率。本文以我公司某种双发动机工程机械总线技术应用方案为例,介绍总线技术应用方法。工程机械电控系统采用CAN总线技术,首先要对CAN总线进行规划,然后将工程机械电控系统进行模块化拆分。1.总体规划该工程机械电控系统共规划了2路CAN总线,即CAN1总线和CAN2总线。这2路CAN总线拆分出的各个模块均依据SAE J1939协议实现通讯,并且CAN1总线
