汽车起重机各节吊臂内安装有尼龙滑块,以减小吊臂伸缩时的摩擦阻力。尼龙滑块与吊臂之间配合间隙为1~2mm,如果吊臂制作过程中尺寸公差、形位公差超差,会造成吊臂装配后间隙过大或小。如果装配间隙过大,在起重机作业时可造成吊臂晃动。若吊臂伸出后挠度过大,会造成吊装时稳定性差,存在安全隐患。如果将装配间隙调整过小,不仅会造成吊臂在伸缩至形位公差超差部位时摩擦阻力激增,加速尼龙滑块磨损,缩短尼龙滑块的使用寿命,严重时还会造成吊臂运动受阻,甚至导致伸缩缸弯曲变形。本文介绍QY25A型汽车起重机基本臂焊接变形控制措施。
