应用已构建了AFLP遗传图谱的大白菜DH群体,采用多模型QTL作图的方法,通过色差计法、叶色素测定法和人为目测法3种方法7个指标对叶色相关性状进行QTL定位和分析。结果表明,在7个连锁群上共检测到18个QTL,其中色差计法检测到9个QTL,叶色素测定法检测到8个QTL,人为目测法仅检测到1个QTL。另外,估算了单个QTL的贡献率和加性效应,发现各QTL的加性效应各不相等,各位点的贡献率在5.5%~15.6%之间。
Using QTL mapping of QTLs for Chinese cabbage, which had been constructed with AFLP genetic map, the QTLs for leaf color-related traits were mapped using seven indicators of colorimetric method, leaf colorimetric method and human visual method. analysis. The results showed that 18 QTLs were detected in 7 linkage groups, among which 9 QTLs were detected by colorimeter method, 8 QTLs were detected by leaf color assay, and 1 QTL was detected by human visual method. In addition, the contribution rate and additive effect of single QTL were estimated, and the additive effects of each QTL were found to be unequal, with the contribution rates of each locus being between 5.5% and 15.6%.
