1995年8月2～4日,中国有色金属工业总公司在金川有色金属公司召开“创建无泄漏工厂现场会”,来自全系统公司、工厂、矿山的近130位代表出席会议.会上,金川公司副经理陶永海全面介绍了金川公司一年来开展创建无泄漏工厂(车间)活动的情况.金川公司第二冶炼厂、动力厂、铜材厂、白银有色金属公司以及中国有色金属工业兰州公司介绍了各自开展创建无泄漏工厂(车间)活动的经验.中国有色金属工业总公司副总经理陈胜年到会并作了重要讲话.总公司企业部汤乃桃副主任在会议的开幕会上就开展创建无泄漏工厂活动作了报告.
On August 2-4, 1995, China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation held the “Create Leak-free Factory Site Meeting” in Jinchuan Nonferrous Metals Company. Nearly 130 representatives from system-wide companies, factories, and mines attended the meeting. Tao Yonghai, deputy manager of the company, introduced Jinchuan company’s activities to create a leak-free factory (workshop) in one year. Jinchuan’s second smelter, power plant, copper plant, Baiyin Nonferrous Metals Corporation and China Nonferrous Metals Industry Lanzhou Company introduced They each carried out the experience of creating a leak-free factory (workshop) activity. Chen Shengnian, deputy general manager of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Corporation, attended the meeting and made an important speech.
