观察分析了湖南洞庭湖区南荻变种“突节荻”的染色体核型．结果如下：２ｎ＝３８＝２２ｍ＋８Ｓｍ（４ＳＡＴ）＋２Ｓｔ＋６Ｔ，ｘ＝１９；１，２，３，４，６，７，９，１０，１１，１２，１３号染色体为ｍ；５，８，１４，１８号染色体为Ｓｍ；１５号染色体为Ｓｔ；１６，１７，１９号染色体为Ｔ；５号和８号两对染色体为随体染色体．染色体绝对长度平均４．６３μｍ，相对长度平均５．３６％．最大与最小臂比值分别为８．４３和１．００，平均２．６６．最长与最短染色体的比值为３．００，臂指数在５０％～８９．３９％之间，平均６４．６７％，其核型属于Ｓｔｅｂｂｉｎ的２Ｂ类型
The chromosome karyotype of “DiDi” in NanDi of Dongting Lake in Hunan Province was observed and analyzed. The results are as follows: 2n = 38 = 22m + 8Sm (4SAT) + 2St + 6T, x = 19; chromosomes 1,2,3,4,6,7,9,10,11,12,13 are m; The chromosome is Sm; the chromosome 15 is St; the chromosomes 16, 17 and 19 are T; and the two pairs of chromosomes 5 and 8 are satellite chromosomes. The average chromosome length of 4.63μm, the relative length of an average of 5.36%. The maximum and minimum arm ratios were 8.43 and 1.00, respectively, with an average of 2.66.
